Insurance

We accept BCBS PPO. BCBS HMO plans do not cover chiropractic care. If insurance is not verified prior to your appointment by our team, you may be responsible for paying the cash rate. A credit or reimbursement will be supplied if your BCBS PPO plan covers all or a portion of your appointment.

Beginning January1, 2023, dry Needling with or without STIM is a $30 charge when billing insurance. All services, including dry needling, are included in the cash rate at no additional charges.

BCBS PPO Insurance Verification Process

To verify your BCBS PPO benefits, we will just need the following:

• Front and back of your insurance card

• Front of your government issued ID

• Date of birth of the policy holder. (If you are not the primary person on the account, we will need their full name and date of birth.)
